Your account

Change your profile name

To change the name on your profile:

1. Log-in to your account and go to your ‘Setting

2. Edit your first and last name.

3. Save your changes

 

 

 

Reset your password

To change your password:

1. Click on ‘Log in‘ button on homepage. And click ‘ I forgot my password‘ 

2. Enter your email address and click ‘ Send

3. You will recieve an email from reseting your password.

4. On your email click on ‘Reset Your Password

 

5. Enter your new password and Click ‘ Change Password‘ 

 

 

 

FAQ

Find your tickets

If you cannot find your tickets, first check your email for the confirmation sent immediately after booking. If you still are not able to find your ticket in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk/promotions folder, or any alternative email addresses you may have used. Tickets are sent from hello@colinkz.com

To access your tickets online:

1. Log in to your account

2. Select the dropdown to the top right of your screen, and select ‘Dashboard.

 

3. Select ‘ Your Orders‘ on the left side.

4. Select ‘ View Order ‘ button to view your tickets

 

Save your event

1.  Click on the heart icon on the event card on the homepage or event page.

2. You can also click on the event card and save the event on the event decription page.

3. After clicked the heart icon you can see a popup page, click on ‘ Create New List’

4. Enter the name of the list

5. Click ‘Create List‘ button

6. Click on the heart icon until it tured red.

7. You can view your save to list page in your dashboard
